The president is responsible for the legislative program of his party and for the foreign and domestic policy of the state.

The judicial branch of government is represented by the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts. Judges are appointed by the president with the approval of the Senate. They interpret laws and revoke ones they consider unconstitutional.
